These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of elhappybreath.com and the sessions, events, courses, and programs offered by el HappyBreath and Roberto Suárez ("el HappyBreath", "we", "us"). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We offer breathwork sessions, group gatherings, online courses, coaching, and training programs. Descriptions of each offer appear on the relevant page and at checkout.

2. Not medical or therapeutic advice

Breathwork is an experiential practice. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this site or in our sessions is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health.

3. Suitability and waiver

Breathwork is not suitable for everyone. Before a session you will be asked to read and accept a waiver and to answer health screening questions. If you have a serious medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns such as epilepsy or cardiovascular conditions, please speak to your doctor before taking part. You are responsible for telling us about anything that may affect your safety. We may decline or end participation where we believe breathwork is not suitable for you.

4. No guarantee of results

Experiences and outcomes differ from person to person. We do not guarantee any particular result. Descriptions of what people have felt or achieved are illustrations of individual experience, not promises.

5. Accounts

You may create a free account to access your purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

6. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers, such as PayPal. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Sessions, events, and scheduling

Session times are chosen through our scheduling tool after purchase. Please arrive on time and, for online sessions, use a device and connection suitable for video. Event details, including location, are shared after registration. We may need to change or cancel a session or event; if we do, we will offer a new date or another remedy as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Courses and content

Course and program materials are provided for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, share your login, record, or publicly distribute our content without our written permission. All content, names, and logos belong to el HappyBreath or its licensors.

9. Certification programs

Our training and certification programs are offered by el HappyBreath. Completion of a program does not by itself create a licence, employment, or accreditation with any other organisation. Details of each program, including requirements, are provided before and after enrollment.

10. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access other people's accounts, or use our content to mislead others.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, el HappyBreath is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. You take part in sessions and practices at your own discretion and responsibility, subject to the waiver you accept.

12. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this site or our services, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
