Two ways to host
Pick the setting that fits your people
The basics
What happens in a ceremony
A ceremony is a guided group breathwork session, about 90 minutes long. For first timers and experienced breathworkers.
01
Arrive and settle
Guests find a place to lie down and get comfortable. Roberto welcomes the room and shares what to expect.
02
Set an intention
Each person picks what they want to feel or shift. Your choice and your creation.
03
Breathe
Lying down with eyes closed, everyone follows the music and Roberto's gentle guidance through conscious connected breathing. This is the longest part.
04
Integrate
Everyone comes back to regular breathing, notices how they feel, and takes time to land before heading home.
What guests may feel
You may laugh, cry, shake, feel tingling or tension. The experience varies for each person. Roberto holds the space for whatever comes up.
Breathwork is not therapy, and Roberto is not a licensed therapist. Please check with your doctor first if you have cardiovascular concerns, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
Group size
Up to 15 guests, one guide
More breathers means more people who may need a hand. So larger groups get a second guide.
1 to 15
Roberto guides on his own
The whole room, start to finish. This is the size of a home gathering.
16 or more
A second breathworker joins
Roberto leads and a support breathworker looks after the room.
